Ingredients

  • 8 Ovoteam Omelettes 70g
  • 100g grated Emmental cheese
  • 150g onions
  • 40g chopped garlic
  • 10g chopped parsley
  • 400g long rice (dry)
  • 300g red beans
  • 200g corn
  • 200g peeled and crushed tomatoes
  • 0.8cl olive oil
  • 2g smoked paprika
  • 10 wheat tortillas (40g/piece)

The recipe

1.

Peel, wash and clean the vegetables. Drain and rinse the sweetcorn and beans.

Finely chop the onions and sweat them in olive oil with the garlic and smoked paprika, add the tomatoes.

3.

Add the crushed tomatoes. Allow to cook and reduce.

4.

Add the sweetcorn and beans. Allow to cool. (63°C to 10°C in 2 hours).

5.

Finely chop the omelettes and mix with the chilli sauce.

6.

Cook the rice and keep it warm at 63°C.

7.

Stuff the tortillas and roll them. Place on a tray, add.

8.

Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
